Participate as an Individual

Individuals can wheel, walk, or push a stroller. There is only one form for individual participants:

Individual Participant registration and pledge sheet

Team Participants Registration

Form a team and compete with the other teams. There are first, second and third prizes. Just read two instruction sheets, have each team member fill out a registration and fill out one Team Roster for the team as a whole:
