To join PACE, please download and print out the form below. Then fill-out, sign, and mail to the PACE address listed. We will contact you to confirm our receipt of your intent to support PACE membership.

PACE Membership Form

The membership level amounts are as follows:
Patriot: $250 - $500+
Advocate: $150 - $249
Catalyst: $50 - $149
Educator: $15 - $49

Base Individual Membership: $15

Sponsorships Minimums
Corporations (revenue > 1 million): $450
Corporations (revenue < 1 million ): $250
Businesses: $65
Social Service Agencies : $50

Annually Recurring Membership and Donation

By using PayPal, you can purchase a recurring membership subscription that automatically charges your account once-a-year for five years. This service can be cancelled at any time by contacting PACE or Paypal.
